How to Buy BitScope

  • BROWSE the product lists to choose that you want. A shopping cart is created with your selection.

  • CHECKOUT to adjust quantities and calculate discounts, enter delivery options, shipping address and any special instructions. Your order total including discounts and shipping is calculated and an invoice is created.

Payment is debited only when your order ships.

  • PAY choose a payment option to pay online for immediate processing and despatch or choose SAVE ORDER to save as a proforma against which to raise a purchase order.

  • TRACK your order via your online account orders page. If any item on your order is temporarily unavailable you will be notified. We can split ship or backorder for you.

We ship worldwide, insured for loss or damage.

  • SHIP express or priority (FedEx) or standard (Airmail). FedEx shipments may be tracked using the number in WAYBILL on your online invoice. More shipping information here.

  • RECEIVE your order 2 to 10 days later (depends on address & shipping choice). If your order becomes lost or damaged in transit we will send a replacement (details).

Orders include a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Account Customers & Resale Enquiries

If you are an account customer, place a provisional (unpaid) order online and email sales@bitscope.com to complete the transaction (please take note of the invoice number created for you online).
